The shotloc will loosen up and start to mold to your hand after use but we usually tell players to size up when they are in between. Being that you are 14 you may have some growing to do. Personally I can fit a 5 but prefer a 7 and I'm 6'3 190lb.
When using the size chat the width of my index and pinky is just a bit wider than size 5 (approx 1/4 inch wider) and also I'm really slim and have slim fingers as well so I was just wondering if it would be better to go with the size 5 rather than the size 7 the size size 7 is about 1/2 inch wider tho

Yes he squares his hips to the basket. If you watch in games when he takes jumpshots he is never off balance. He is always squared up no matter where he is at on the floor.
When you shoot are you supposed to bring the ball up and follow through or just push it up and follow through? I can never shoot threes because I always fall short

more over your right eye (if your right handed), but you should be able to see the hoop with both eyes once you bring the ball over your head

all practice...especially shooting. You can wear it for a full practice.
