It seems that you may have been deprived of affection during childhood. Attention and being relevant is extremely important to you. Makes sense that you are upset when I told you, you basically mean nothing and you can unfollow if you don't like what you see. It offended and hurt you so much that you're still here, desperately trying to get attention and to become relevant. Imagine you still carry that negativity with you all these times.
