Втулка снаружи нужна уже большего диаметра, можно было пока оставить так. При этом замерить штангенциркулем и заказать у токаря из бронзы. И опять таки смазать Chevron or Mobile green blue

Смазать надо было пластичной смазкой, литол и тп
