I've seen a lot of AIOs over the years- this is finally one that I am in love with. Man, this thing is just beautiful. Going to have to retire my old Corsair H150i.
thats a really good looking AIO James- nicely done. I always know you are going to say it like it is, and be honest with us. I watch some reviews and its clear the reviews are paid for with not a single problem !
Your tests make perfect sense, a suggestion for expansion: Many users (including myself) replace the fans anyway and are therefore more interested in the noise level of the pump. So what I would find interesting here is a test at different pump speeds with the resulting noise and CPU temperatures. Then simply take a standard fan (P12, NF-A12, T30,..) and set it to the same RPM like 1000 or something like that. This way you would see exactly how loud the different AIOs get and how the performance is, without the differences caused by the standard fans.
Thank you for redirecting me to this video. Currently was looking at the Lian Li Galahad LCD but with how the test was shown. I think Im either going for the EK now or the deepcool LT720 which are locally available where I live. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video and data! Keep up to good work sir!
From what I see about the fans installed is they are backwards for front mounting tubes down wire are at front glass and top with tubes to front wires face glass side. The only way you could use those fans pre mounted is tubes facing the back fan and hope the tubes are not to long and lay on the graphics card. Why bother mounting the fans if you have to remove and reinstall them the right way. Love the controller to make it easy to connect to the motherboard from behind like the usb2.
This aio looks really cool, like up there with the antec vortex aio. With that being said, whats the best aio that can really hit the new amd cpu sir? Given that the chiplet design it uses makes the aio placement not too optimal. Thank you for making reviews like this! It really helps us that wants to upgrade slowly get a better handle on what to get.
"less plastic, more cardboard to reduce environmental impact ... not really interested in that!" meanwhile, in the EKWB Nucleus review: "Look at all the extra foam and how neatly everything is packaged here.... let's talk about that for three minutes!"
Competing with themselves I see from Scan! They do white and £60 cheaper than themselves. Looking at their own site; too many SKU's. Another company that needs to simplify their product stack. I do like 'eco-friendly' and 'own pump' though; means I'm down to subjectives for differentiation. Which is a good thing. A shoot-out with just their 2023 product stack might be an idea: all umptie SKU's does is confuse the customer! 10/10 review of 9/10 product (Price aside!).
@@elliotserrano7333 China wouldn't be such a large polluter if other countries move manufacturing back home, but those countries don't want pollution in their backyards.
@River_Miles actually we make shit in China due to overbearing regulations not because of pollution. The EPA has regulations that ensure we don't polute like China does. They just don't give AF.
That is just the marketing for it, the real purpose is to reduce the size of the package, less shipping costs, wich indirectly on the long term reduces CO2 emisions.
Amazing they got that name without upsetting Dolby
😂
Best reviewer on Kitguru by far - guy is so detailed and technical.

Such a cool touch having 3d printable designs ready to go.

That CPU block is very cool.
*You guys are just the best*
Thank you for this information!
Looks like a well thought out cooler they have included everything you need with the different connectors and stuff.

top of the list only behind the EKWB one, very impressive.
Some real though has gone into the design of this love those lighting effects.
They need to produce a wider range of colours for these things rather than just black or white.
awesome review. you sold me on the AIO for a low price and a good performance im glad i will be getting this
I really want one of these it would complete my PC.
What about having an LCD display on the pump block.
Wish they used magnetic power connectors for those fans instead of all those wires.
Yes me too.
Thats some really good RGB there
How many speakers does that have in it? /s
skipped to performance figures, will watch rest later - some good results there, wasnt expecting that.
Like the matte finish makes it look quality.
Looks like it would match really well with the Fractal Torrent. Pump header looks almost the same. Shame the Torrent isn't really made for AIOs...

What is a sickle flow fan and a fluid dynamic bearing anyway?
Great review, very in-depth & neat! 👍
Glad you liked it!
So which is the best 360 or 420mm aio to get the most from a 14900k?
Thanks
Just wondering at what point would you want to upgrade an AIO if you already have one apart from its got better lighting.
When it stops cooling properly. If you like pretty lights, stick in some RGB strips or something
great reviews mate, wish arctic cooler 2 420mm aio was added to the test.

Where’s the Lian li Galahad II trinity aio’s? The Performance model specifically.
Coming soon.
Hi, thanks for the review, I have a question, what is the maximum temperature, and how much take to get there ?
Looks like a well made AIO.
Yeah they need to do a white version too.
I need a new AIO - is it wrong of me to say I really love that purple box ! its a work of art lol
It's certainly a visual upgrade on previous Cooler Master packaging.
Quite a nice implementation of RGB.
Agree grease it is a bit silly to write on the bottom of a CPU cooler. What if someone uses actual grease?
Can you hook the up to any gaming computer
I use the 240er version ... very good performance 👍🏻
I hope in future they launch a 420mm version... 420mm aios are almost non-existent
Yeah, would be nice
Yes, we need more 420mm AIO options.
Yeah it would be nice but the 420mm aios require MASSIVE cases which not everyone has. 360 mm is more standard
"less plastic, more cardboard to reduce environmental impact ... not really interested in that!"
meanwhile, in the EKWB Nucleus review: "Look at all the extra foam and how neatly everything is packaged here.... let's talk about that for three minutes!"
no cpu maximum performance test?? ??
Just wondering but would this be okay for the 7950x3d cpu
Ever find out?
The tubes appear to be around 300mm in length
Whats their RMA process like? anyone tested it ?
Not sure about using the metal ruler taking the cap off that CPU block there James!
It worked well. Cooler Master should include one with the cooler 😂
Does anyone know where is the serial number for this product is located?
What happened did yours die?
good review
Thanks.
Interesting it has a fill port that voids the warranty.
Many AIO coolers have this. It's for filling at the factory but they don't want the user to mess with it obviously.
Well I think this is what I'm getting for my new build... Just gonna replace the fans for lian li fans
Well done coolermaster for including more recycled materials there is way too much ewaste in the world.

The rotary fittings on the pump always seems like a weak point in an AIO to me.
They have usually got a pair of o rings on each side so they are pretty good. I've never seen one leak from those fittings.
Time to review the new Lian Li Trinity Pro
It's coming soon.
can this cool i7 14700k?
The test video use a Ryzen 9 7950x so yes
What do cooler master do if it leaks and damages your system?
combo with torrent case gg
a shame coolermaster's cases all look like shit....this AIO looks nice
Well the best is still Lian li galahad 2 performance variant
Hey coolermaster before barfing all the "eco friendly" jargon on us where is it made? China
Cooler Master/Deepcool are the suppliers for so many brands. You'd be hard pressed to find AIOs not made there
@@ij6708 lol yea. I was just trolling coolermaster for pushing the eco crap yet they get their stuff produced by one of the largest polluters 😜

Their 'Eco Friendly' packaging is a sham, so many unnecessary plastic bags.

I'm so worried about using AIO incase they leak!
I have been using them for so long, never a single issue unlike with custom loops lol
@shaolin95 Ay that's cool then :) I went with a new air cooler but maybe I'll get an AIO one day.
Kind of depressing that an AIO is becoming pretty much standard now.
It is if you use a high power CPU. A 360 AIO is needed for the 12/13900K and 7950X. You might get away with using a 280mm AIO on 7900X.
Depressing? How? No one's stopping you from buying an air cooler and there are still plenty of them around.
