This Video really touched me. Thanks for the incredible editing skills, the beautiful music and of course the story behind this beautiful man andhis family.
Be proud, guys! This documentary brought a tear to me eye, especially with bringing in the personal aspects of the owner, his family. I’m a mum of 3 boys, that may be why (Lol). Great video, and now I want to go to his restaurant.
Definitely worth trying the restaurant, and Javier's a great guy. His son (the one he works alongside in the video) was the one that pitched the documentary, as he's studying at Griffith Film School, and he directed this short.
I like today’s video . Could you do a series like restaurants recommendations ( like good Chinese / Brazilian/ Italian restaurants, or hidden gem eateries in or around Brisbane ) would love to try them . Thanks
I've already got a few in the Dining in Brisbane playlist, but would like to start approaching them a little more like this one in future. It's a bit harder as one person, though, as the short doco here had a much bigger crew.

My wife is from Spain and she really appreciated this video. Loved it
Thanks, I love to hear things like that!

If you want to taste the most authentic Spanish food in Brisbane go to Pata Negra in Bardon.
Thanks, I'll have to check it out some time.
Love it. I’d like to go there together one day ♥️
For sure!
Bom dia.
