- Today I am going to show you how to enter administrative data properly into CCC One. I will also show you how to complete a basic estimate, lock the estimate, and how to create a supplement.

@@Estimatics101if you have access to other systems like mitchell/audatex a video similar to this would be awesome. Im new to these systems so any video about anything really benefits. No such thing as too much learning
@@Estimatics101What is driving me most nuts here - the fact that I cannot navigate so fluidly thru the Estimate tab, finding all the parts that need repairing or replacing.
I do wish CCC was more user-friendly, being able to rotate the graphics to the parts, being able to make quicker decisions.

Hey man, keep up the good work on showing us the ropes. I came from Michell connect and I can see the small differences between the two. The saves me because a lot of shops now a days prefer C-one, now I can say im familiar with the program

This was more basic than what I was looking for but I’ve always wished there was classes for CCC so I can utilize it to its full potential.

Check the boxes next to the lines on your estimate, if the box is checked it is an “open” item, uncheck that box and see if you can lock it now

@@bellam7792that sounds like a box is check to the left of a line on your estimate. Scan through the entire estimate line by line and look for a check mark next to the operation. Generally when you select something like R&I bed box it will be an open item
