Oh my goodness!!! This video is chock FULL of lovely stuff. I absolutely love over-explaining when it is accompanied by a visual that you’re pointing at/to and lightly tapping on. That combo is gold. Thank you so much for this. 💚💚💚
this may be the best asmr video i've ever watched...wow!!! edit: it may be because i'm a med student...i love when i can romanticise my learning and lowkey revise in a fun way. it also helps i happen to love the overexplaining trigger!
Girllll if you just did that last ear exam part for like 30 minutes i would be knocked out in 15 I kept waking up and restarting it 😭😭😭 that part was magic my goodness
This is my first video of yours. I enjoy your oscillation between whisper and soft spoken. I also think you’ve named my favourite trigger - over explanation! Nice.
Wait.... Calliope, overexplaining?? SAY IT AIN'T SO!!! It is probably one of the main reasons your content is so well loved and received. With such a calm, steady & practiced voice, there is no such thing as "over" explaining. Keep doing what you do. Excellent work.
Tbh I didn't realize I overexplained naturally until it became a trend and then I struggled to see why it was different what than I usually do and how to do it even more. #justautisticthings lmao. Thanks for watching :)
@@calliopewhispersASMR I'm not certain about the terminology on this one, but I believe it's called HyperVerbal. I don't think that "over" explaining describes your work, so much as "thorough" would. I tend to see "over" explaining in a similar fashion as i would a book/novel with too much filler material v/s one with just enough filler to have a casual feel to it. Perhaps worthy of some research and possibly another "Detail Oriented" video. Great work, keep it up.
Not me feeling my ear parts as you were explaining them on the ear model. ☺️ I thought I knew a lot of that info but nope. Thanks for the wonderful asmr and informative vid.
Is it just me or are the otoscope segments on your videos very "quiet" now compared to earlier videos? I personally enjoy them more when there's a bit of "texture"/"roughness" to them... gentle stuff rarely gives me ASMR, unfortunately 😅
That's what's left after running a 15 second noise profile and reduction AND a 125-140Hz high pass filter. It's from these old shop lights the landlord put up in the basement so I can't touch em. It's always something with audio, can't win em all lol

Ahhh thank you :D I'm kind of working on another like this and I have ideas for more videos like this, so we'll see how it shakes out!

Oh gosh, thank you so much! I'm really chuffed that you enjoyed it, esp as a med student :D

Love love love how you showed the 3dio for the ottoscope section. Tool in 3dio is one of my favourite visual triggers, so glad you included it tysm!
Really liked that, perfect balance between explanation and trigger. Excellent video, thank you 😊
Thanks! I'm hoping to bring it to other clinical exams but it's going to take me a while to draw the diagrams LOL. Thanks for watching :)

@@raylewis195this reply seems very backhanded..
ASMR description and details are just magnificent.
I hope there's more ASMR things that you can describe because your voice is so relaxing❤
Thank you! :)
This just couldn't be better!❤
When I saw the forks it reminded me of my favorite Heather feather video.
Crazy tingles, wow. 😌 I *LOVE* these kinds of videos. 😊 Lovely ear attention and other triggers. 😌❤️ I enjoyed this. 🥰
A fantastic examination! Thanks a million for this ear-focused video!
i actualyl really like how the mic is turned so I can see exactly where the pencil is going
Great video. Very tingly and relaxing. Your voice is so soothing. Love it. ❤
Thank you very much :)
We've gotten some great ear exams from you over the years, but something about this one really popped off. Very tingle dense video.
Calliope and ear focused videos never fail
Today I learned I have at least three depressions xD

Perfect! 👍🫶✌️
The anatomical expository expeditions are enjoyably educational always, thanks! The first letters make a palindrome, yay!
I have to imagine that doing a variety of role plays leaves you with a ton of random knowledge
Good vid thanks.

Your voice is so soothing, Calliope.
Like a fluffy cloud where i can drift away.
😘😘😘 for a very beautiful Lady
Id like to see a rp where you're super sketchy and explain absolutely nothing. Not saying no talking, but the things you do say are hella suspicious 😂
Wait nevermind just found your illegal medical experiment in gothic warehouse videos 😂
OH MY GAWD - It is Goddess Calliope, sending us all back to sle- zzz..... thank u..zzzzz
🥰🥰🥰
Calliopeeeee ❤❤
Eyooo :)
Algorithm comment and love to the queen ❤
Dankeschön, much appreciated :)
Good video, but 100 percent whispering would have made it much better.
Hi there calliope ❤❤
Hiya! :)
❤❤❤
You have some very faint 60 cycle hum in the background. I'm sure that's extremely difficult to eliminate 😞
