    Onion - 2
    Potatoes - 3
    carrots- 1 to 2
    Beetroot - 1
    Mint - Handful
    Coriander - Handful
    Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
    Garam masala - 1 tsp
    Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Salt - to taste
    Maida paste - to dip
    Bread crumbs - as required

    Very good recipe. Tried this and really came out well. The tips like using mint leaves, using a spoon to coat in maida and not flipping the cutlet as soon as it’s dropped in oil were extremely useful. Thanks a lot 🙏

    Neenga bread crumbs oada texture kooda yepdi irukanumnu solli tharinga. How wonderful you are! Cz idhuku munadi na try panna cutlet la bread crumbs fine a illa. So andha alavuku varla. Will try ur recipe madam.
    Others take it for granted that viewers know all the techniques. 'indha chinna vishayamelam nama sollanuma? Adhu avangaluke theriyume.' nu nenachukaranga. But they don't know that only these nuances, tips and techniques brings out the real nature of every dish.

      Very true. Other cooking channels simply tell the method. Namalum adhe madiri seivom but nallave varadhu. Because they never tell the nuances and tips. They just want viewers to watch their channel and never to get better at cooking. But Revathy mam really cares.

    Thanks for sharing mam. Just a suggestion reduce the chilli powder and add little pepper and cumin seed powder. Can add finely chopped green chillies. Finally add one table spoon of lime juice. It'll enhance the taste and will give a good flavour.

    Thanks akka. How do we make the crumbs. Dry toast bread slices n then grind in mixie or just plain normal bread?

      Sun dry the bread slices one day and grind fine.Nowadays it's available in super markets also.

    A small tip madam.refrigerate ur vegetable mix for 2 hours,then make the cutlets.

    I have always had this q about breadcrumbs - bread has specific shelf life, when we buy these crumbs ,from a store, how do we ensure that we don't buy crumbs made of expired bread? Will rusk work instead? Thanks in advance.

      Hi madhu I have used salted rusk, run in mixie n u get good crumbs

      You can use Rusk at the same time store bought crumbs if it's from old spoilt bread it will have a bad smell.

    Madam..I did this today..Taste was excellent but some of the bread crumbs got settled down in oil and cutlet was so dark in colour. Wat is the reason madam?
