carrots- 1 to 2
Beetroot - 1
Mint - Handful
Coriander - Handful
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Maida paste - to dip
Bread crumbs - as required

Very good recipe. Tried this and really came out well. The tips like using mint leaves, using a spoon to coat in maida and not flipping the cutlet as soon as it’s dropped in oil were extremely useful. Thanks a lot 🙏

Thanks for sharing mam. Just a suggestion reduce the chilli powder and add little pepper and cumin seed powder. Can add finely chopped green chillies. Finally add one table spoon of lime juice. It'll enhance the taste and will give a good flavour.

I have always had this q about breadcrumbs - bread has specific shelf life, when we buy these crumbs ,from a store, how do we ensure that we don't buy crumbs made of expired bread? Will rusk work instead? Thanks in advance.
Hi madhu I have used salted rusk, run in mixie n u get good crumbs
You can use Rusk at the same time store bought crumbs if it's from old spoilt bread it will have a bad smell.

Ginger 1/4kg.garlic1/4kg.clean and peel.grind together and store in a container in fridge.
