I think Tom is spot on about SA to be fitter this week this is really a myth the fitter lions will be stronger in the second test. As all top athletes know when u play a really physical game when half fit it's very difficult to recover within a SHORT PERIOD

They also have a lot of "muscle memory" for test rugby. I think they will be significantly improved for the second test.
