Mastering Aluminum Welding: Lincoln Electric 215 MPi in 10 Easy Steps!

In approximately one minute, let’s get your Lincoln Electric POWER MIG 215 MPi ready to weld some aluminum!
1. Begin by turning on the power switch on the front of the machine.
2. Turn the selector knob to spool gun and push the knob to select.
3. Insert the cable into the positive terminal per on screen instructions.
4. Insert spool gun power pin into the machine and attach the control cable.
5. Insert the ground cable into the negative terminal.
6. Push the selector knob for the next step.
7. Attach the gas connection to the back of that machine.
8. Push the selector knob and select the wire diameter and push the selector knob to confirm.
9. Using the selector knob choose wire thickness and push the selector knob to confirm.
10. You’re ready to Weld!
