@TheJanet4321 I'm sorry but no. The only people that need to be in a job in a situation like this are first responders. Because it is the responsibility of a job like that. Anybody else. When there's hurricanes they shut down everything. The downpour of water in this storm has been worse than many hurricanes. If you are making 14 dollars an hour like half of miami dade service worker's, you are not going to risk having a damaged car because you have to go to work. especially when the company will not fix it for you if it breaks while trying to get there. A business owner can get the loss of a day, but they might be greedy and don't want to lose any money. I will NOT risk my life nor my property for 8 hours of work. IF you do. We'll, it's up to you .

Flooding occurs in front of Bethesda hospital in DELRAY also. I don't know because I haven't been down there in years, but I know that one time it flooded so badly that my car started floating briefly coming home from work from up the hill going south.......I was coming down going north to go home to Lake Worth , and in front of Bethesda hospital, the water was 2 feet deep at least.

Indeed..proof is in the pudding when certain facts are tallied together substantiated by personal knowledge and observance..was done in Nam..and Fidel stated this some years ago..the results were hit and miss..and still a bit sloppy..but they're tweaking it up..utilization of satellite mounted apparatus..aerial dusting and other methods might be used to alter temps in a area and set up "snowballing"effects ..
