Currently the hostel fees for a 3 seater is 1.10k per year and academic fees would be 2 lakhs for 1 year . However, it's a huge campus which is its advantage and a disadvantage for the new joiners . You get completely lost running from pillars to pole searching to settle down . The kind of intake of admission seems not planned as the hostel arrangements for the new joiners are not planned . Many students plan to move out of hostel in the very first year because the temporary arrangements for the student becomes so lengthy and the staying is so frustrated that he/ she starts hating the purpose of arriving to the University. And obviously as a parent I don't feel good about this . Hostel stay is supposed to be the second home for the student and an environment which doesn't allow the student to study well and concentrate is just wasting time .

The roads r preety decent...u can reach chandigarh in 45 mins approx but a toll is there in btw . I live near cu (20mins) and went there many times for entrance exams.

,I had got E grade in gp-2 , I had already completed the course and I had upload the screenshot of marks and course completion, I had talked to my mentor, HOD - MR- Gaurav bathla, examination controller Mr- Mahakdeep sir, deepanshu mam and many more teacher none of them helped me , I was totally harrased,deppresed by the university,university made me forcefully to reappear in exam and to loose my scholarship, after getting too much frustation , I m from lower middle class family I will not complete my graduation without schlorship, that is why I had drop out the college,but still I had E grade in my result because of this I can not take admission in other college now hod sir said that u r not eligible for reappear, please make me eligible for reappear as this subject is not a theory subject only like amoooc, worst university don't take admission there

Bhaiya I'm doing bsc physics honours from IGNOU in distance mode But I want to pursue aerospace engineering. Can I do btech aerospace engineering from a regular University. If yes plz tell me which private college is best for btech aerospace engineering other than IIT/NIT .
depends on whether you want a private or govt college , the only non-iit btech aerospace course is offered by PEC chandigarh ( govt college ) , there's also iist bangalore but you need jee advance for that , im also an aerospace engineering aspirant so i would recommend to go for core subjects like mechanical for btech and then aerospace for mtech which leaves you a wider scope for job opportunities because of just how fierce the competition for aerospace jobs is , .

@@078_garlapatilikhitreddy8 I know I myself checked on this. Infact talked to some of the students who are currently in lmniit. According to them there is nothing like that. All those reviews on quora are from those who didn't worked hard and got less Marks. Therefore they are trying to defame the college. Professors are a little strict there but it isn't like that that they'll cut the Marks intentionally.
Coming to nirf rankings it's all time pass. I mean look at nirf ranking of amity university. Its ranked higher than bits😂
In recent years lmniit has a very good average package and most importantly I feel there is no reservation so the students those who come there are good and we get a good environment
