When I first started longarming a year ago I didn't think I would ever use rulers. Ha! I now have rulers from Quilters Apothecary and Good Measure, and I love them! I've also added two other items to my supplies: titanium coated topstitch #90/14 needles by Superior Threads and micro tip cleaning brushes with bendable handles by Quilt in a Day. Thanks for doing these daily videos!

14:57 Twirl the fluffy brush on a magnet dish for static, and lint is hopelessly attracted to the brush. Surely do appreciate you, Susan.

Thank you for all the wonderful tips. I actually didn't realize the stitch counter and it's importance. Looking forward to the free motion classes. Happy Day everyone

Only ever had marks return was when used frixon pens that were recommended few years ago and they definitely came back with cold temperatures. .

I didn't even mention those - Frixon pens don't claim to be for quilt marking, and for good reason! They have other marvelous uses, but not that one.

I DO NOT recommend! Sometimes they work.....but many times they reappear over time.
