Snoop dropped way too many truth bombs. It's sad the younger generation is too eager to retaliate versus just absorbing the knowledge that Snoop dropped. Hip Hop is about the lyrics, the verses and the message. It doesn't need to get personal and that's spoken by a rapper who has been in the game longer than some of these internet generation kids have been alive.

Wise words from Snoop Dog. To be honest the media blew this shit totally outta proportion, kendrick isn't a stirrer he's a true hip hop soul made artist, and he's right to bring some competition into the game, it wasn't a diss, more of a reminder of the competition which is what hip hop has always been about. Everyone including any of the artists he mentions in his verse who took it as a diss and got mad, are idiots for not realising what he's trying to communicate to us all.

I understand Kendrick Lamar. You see the Rap Game is like a Sport or Football. People are gonna get hut or lose(Even if your Rival/Opponent is your best friend or your enemy). It's a competition at the end of the day the reason you improved or became that good was because your opponents challenged you. At the end of a game people get mad fight or shake hands and show respect and that's what Kendrick is doing he says he loves his competition but he is gonna destroy them.

Honestly, I thought the King of NY had deeper meaning. Kendrick said he's Makeveli's offspring in the line before. Tupac was born in NY but moved out to LA. Later on many people would claim Tupac as the King of Rap, Kendrick thinking this shit is a monarchy thinks he should have the crown in both coasts because his "Dad" had it.

It was a reference to biggie I believe. He had another reference. When he said. Who is the best MC Kendrick, Jigga or nas. The original was biggie, jigga or nas

Not better than Nas? What are you smoking? You eastcoast cats are fucking crazy. He surpassed Biggie a long time ago with his lyrical power and his rhymes. his influence is much bigger felt. stop acting like a bitchass fan and accept the reality.

Im from Philly, making hip hop music out in California. It will never become a East VS West thing again. West coast respect the fact that Hip Hop started on the East. East coast needs to understand that when you come out here? You hear California hip hop.
That's not the case in NY. Thats the truth. We need to face up to it and start respecting and supporting our east coast artists, on the east coast.
Cuz Cali and down south reps their people. As we should.
    Thank you Kendrick Lamar.

Snoop always showed Love for the East Coast, til the Beef shit start happening
But since 2005, The WEST COAST has been Saving Hip Hop & Hip Hop Culture.
    The Game - Documentary
    E40 - The Hyphy Movement
    The Jerkin Movement
    YG Pu$haz Movement
    Now TDE with Kendrick Leading.
But to everybody else thats NOT from Cali.. all of a Sudden we're BACK. Get the fuck outta here.
Naw, now we're waayy ahead. The West is Taking Control period. All Eyez on US

Kendrick respect them both, in an interview the interviewer ask about what does he thinking about all of the Control responses and about a meme picture with Jay Z and Diddy laughing of Kendrick call himself the king of New York. And Kendrick said "The big homies, Jay and Diddy're the big homies but the rest you gotta try harder".

Its not East Coast or west coast thang no more. Im not offended by the line its hip hop history . West Coast didn't get alot of attention for a while. Then Kendrick came along. The verse showed who the best mc is in one rhyme. The kid would be a problem. I love the competitive energy. Someone will come along from somewhere else and drop a bomb .

This one is for the skeptic music lovers who don't really believe there are good undiscovered rappers on RUclips..you're wrong. I write songs, perform live, and put my money behind my music. Lol I'm in college eating ramen so that's little to nothing but its what I do. I'm good and i'm confident in every verse I've ever written. Sooner or later I'll stop spammin..once i hit 3,000 subscribers I'll put out another mixtape but until then Im going hard in every way possible. Next big thing I promise
