Fiber Laser Engraving Parameters for Gold and Silver:
Gold (Shiny/Matte Surface):
Power: 70-90%
Speed: 1000-2000 mm/s
Frequency: 20-30 kHz
Hatch Spacing: 0.02-0.05 mm
Silver (Shiny/Matte Surface):
Power: 60-80%
Speed: 1000-1500 mm/s
Frequency: 25-40 kHz
Hatch Spacing: 0.02-0.05 mm
Tips: Use multiple passes for deeper marks and adjust frequency for better detail.
