As a demon slayer enjoyer, the story is basic and okay, the pacing in season 1 and season 3 could be better. However, the music, voice actors and animation is what gives me the most enjoyment.

I think Demon Slayer is a great starter anime for tweens and people just interested in anime. It provides good inspiration, high quality animation, and absolutely incredible fights.
Either you aren’t very good at conveying your points or you don’t know how to analyze something to determine why you do or do not enjoy something. You should put more thought into your videos. Really reflect on why something didn’t appeal to you & think how to best convey that.

@@lilcaramell choreboy meant that the channel's owner didn't give enough details so that we could really understand why he doesn't like these shows. I'm still glad I heard his opinion though. Just that it would be better to have more details so that we can understand why.

The reason why you see Gon as a weak MC, is because the workd is not build around him, that was the purpose of Togashi, if you noticed by the end of the anime he already reached his purpose, thus he has no involvement in the current events of the manga. The story/events that other characters experience are as important or more than Gon's. Now if you are talking about weakness in power, well yeah he is a 12yr old kid who just learned Nen recently and although he has great potential, he has almost no fighting experience so it's realistic on that aspect.

Even if it wasn't boring from a story stand point, there isn't even really a lot of beautiful scenes in the first like 15 episodes, which I think is like more than half of the first season. This being said, I disagree with your opinion on Full Metal Alchemist. I went in expecting it to be overrated, but I really do think the characters are amazing and that's coming from someone who isn't even really a fan of characters in most shows and enjoys the plot more. I will admit there are down turns in the "hype" of the plot, but I think the plot and world building is so dense that it feels like you can really imagine the world existing despite it's very obvious fantasy elements. Regardless, good video. You earned my like for sure. TLDR - Agree on Demon slayer opinion, but disagree on Full Metal. We are sworn enemies now.

It doesn't do anything new but i love it for what it is. Its not flawless by any means but still lol. I'd say if your curious on why people actually like it, imo its really the story and characters majority of the time. Animation is amazing and really elevates the story, but there's usually more than one reason why people like it. Either way, your entitled to your opinion, no hard feelings here.

The most disappointing anime for me is Tokyo Ghoul. They didn't flesh out Kaneki character the same as in the manga, maybe because the producer wanted to keep it to be shounen and not seinen.
So what anime do you like? I get this was disappointing anime, but make a sequel video showing what anime you are passionate about. I think it would contrast this video and the apathy you see for these shows. Good video man!

i have the same problem with demonslayer .people hyping the series like there is no better show than demonslayer .when i watched demonslayer i have the same feeling of you how people are saying this is a masterpiece .if demonslayer was done by any other studio than ufotable it would not get the recognition it have now .my friend is a fan of demonslayer manga he was convinced me to watch the whole show he said that demonslayer would get better in infinity castle arc so caughtup to current s4 anime. if you watch a series for protaganist hunter x hunter is not for you and i know so many characters are better interesting than gon . but hxh is a masterpiece .read the hxh manga its getting better .something interesting thing about gon family is revealed in manga . only ending for deathnote is L or near capturing lightyagami .because the deathnote show is about how a person got a god power also thinking him as god and killing every criminals and also killing the person who are investing and detective about him( kira) .thats why near says to lightyagami you are a physopath at the last episode .after L death the show is not much interesting like before when he alive .but i like the ending of deathnote
Yeah I might have to give the hxh manga a shot then! I did enjoy the show and its world building overall, I was just disappointed by the end and last season but i definitely wouldn’t call it a BAD show.

I kinda get where you are going with Demon Slayer, also took me at least 20 episodes to kinda be "invested", and I shelved it alot before that, but somehow it just gets better with every consecutive season, not too many shows in general can do that... for me the most overhyped is Mushoku Tensei, complete opposite of DS, first part amazing, worldbuilding, foreshadowing villains, etc, and yet last 20 episodes are just a horny "teenager" ..😂 what a DISAPPOINTMENT

For me FMA has 2 main issues : 1) most of the fights are not particularly interesting (and I don't like the main character's power, it's boring). 2) I don't care about most characters even though I did like the main characters (just not that much). The story is great though. I still gave it a 9/10. I just don't see anyone having that anime in their top 5. In my opinion, it's kind of like the best example of a show that's no one's favorite. I know it is some people's favorite show or anime in reality, but it feels like almost everyone likes it a lot, but not enough to be a lot of people's favorite or in the top 3 or even top 5 or top 10. I think it's because it's hard to have that anime as a top 5 or even top 10 because of the 2 main issues I mentioned. Especially since it's a anime that has a focus on fights.
Aside of demon slayer which is truly poorly written, I do feel like there is a misunderstanding about the concept of MC in HxH, the quality of death note’s ending as in how it questions the audience’s moral compass and finally FMAB which is as good as it gets in terms of overall pacing and climax. I’d like to know what you consider a great or underrated show just to get an idea of what you base your takes on.

BRO SAME, FMAB is a really good overall anime, but the ending didn't hit as much but it's still in my top ten, but not the best of all time

I get why but at the same time he mostly acts annoying in unimportant parts you can brush over and soon stops later in the manga
