For a comparison, Portland Oregon has a Median Household Income of $53K, with a Median Home Price of almost $500K.
@@damienknudson4504 Hey Damien! The housing market in the entire country is nuts, right? We've gone from scorching hot to just hot with more inventory than we've seen in almost 2 years. That said, we still anticipate another 10-15% Appreciation over the next 12 months. So, Allen Texas (North of Dallas) is similar in size with a Median Home Price of around $450K with our at $350K....but with gorgeous Mountains, Lakes, Rivers, Trails and no humidity. : )

We're seeing a ton of clients that have been given the opportunity to work remotely which, based on the craziness of 2020, I think we'll see that more and more of that and it has made any particular industry, in any particular city, not as relevant as it used to be. Is property with decent acreage, around 5-10, in the surrounding areas of grand junction hard to find?
You can find that type of acreage property within 15-20 minutes out in Fruita, Loma and Glade Park. You'll even see those pop up in Grand Junction : )
