She wrote a song for the jem and the holograms movie called Hit Me Up. It was released with the movie actress voice but later it leaked with her voice, it's on my channel
This is not a "fake" live performance. Not sure why you would even say something so negative with literally 0 proof. Parts of it do indeed sound a lot like the studio recording, but the facts are that: there is a backing track, like with almost all live performances. Everything lines up absolutely perfectly, even the instruments, like the drums, which are near damn impossible to "fake" playing, even with post-production. Further, some obvious differences from the studio version in terms of her vocals: the backing vocals are replaced by the band member's; her voice sounds more tense throughout the entire thing; the high note at 3:20 is completely different, in tone, vowel, and word; the first two "I Want It All's" at the end of the song after the "Whoos" have small vocal runs that are not on the studio recording.
@@alexg7254 Dude that´s fine...I just didn´t see anyone singing "Hey" on backing Voclas, didn´t see a keyboarder, didn´t hear no friggin audience. And by the way I´ve been in the music scene forever...ya can do anything in a studio. You said it yourself "absolutely perfect". Never heard such a perfect club live recording...ever...
@@steveburdelak8787 Still, backtrack doesn't really make it a "fake" live. And while I guess they could have had someone playing a synthesizer for the keys, it's not uncommon for small artists to not have a full backing ban either. And you took my words 100% completely out of context? I said it lines up perfectly. As in I don't see anyone making flubs on an instrument on their singing that you would see if they weren't actually playing live/singing live, but syncing. And it's not a real club either -- it was an art installation at RUclips to honor CBGB & OMGFUG.
I am sooo late to the game on this, but came across this again in my liked videos... I was there, and it indeed, was an actual live performance!😃 (Which was unbelievable for a huge fan like me!) Her voice live (and the band too) was amazing!!
