Good run so far, here are so thoughts. The sporter has .22 LR rounds same as the MK II, would have made clearing the barracks easier. Although it looked quiet, like some was there just before you, it’s usually crawling with Z’eds for me. Prioritise armour and ways to repair it over slots. Plate carrier is the best armour, you left two. Without it your a one shot kill from lots of weapons. Large backpacks make you a lot easier to spot. I think the game rewards whoever spots the enemy first, so I like to play fast and light. Maybe try a sling or improvised backpack challenge on the channel. Learn to recognise dropped loot and other signs that players have been around. eg paper, military loot in residential areas etc.
Didn’t even occur to me that the spotter uses .22 LR, thank you for pointing that out. Did I really leave two plate carries?! Didn’t even notice them. Were they on the zombies? I like that idea of the challenge. It would push me to getting use to having the essentials rather than picking up everything I might need. Appreciate the support! ❤️
You swapped the press vest for the plate carrier at 30:06 and then dropped it for the field vest, which has loads of slots but no protection. Then you killed a Z at 33:35 and took his helmet but left the plate carrier. The plate carriers don’t have any slots on their own, but you can add pouches if you find them as well as a holster. Hope you get to use the Vaiga on something or someone. I mag dumped my first one on a bear that snuck up on me.
@@dylanbarker3581 so I did! Thanks for pointing that out. I think at the time I was so nervous about someone sneaking up and killing me I saw something had more storage and just nabbed that! I need to take my time with it. Yes, I hope I get to use it as well!
This was great, thanks for continuing to create. I like that you're quite liberal with the fast-forward until you have a decision to make or something consequential to say. It's very easy to see what's occurring even at high speed. You've already received some good advice, so he only tip I will share is that food is always better in your belly than in your inventory where it just takes up space. I always eat immediately-edible food to capacity whenever I can - often while jogging - and just keep my belly absolutely full rather than have much stored. Your tactical awareness has improved massively. Lots of surveying and focusing - down on towns from elevated positions and around corners within cities etc. That's great. It will keep you alive. To answer your in-game question - yeah, the pump shotgun is generally preferable due to ammo capacity. Nice gear! Keep up the good work. Loving it.
Thanks! Do you think that the speeded up parts are too fast or are they fine as they are? Yes, I need to get use to just eating the food rather than hoarding it. I’ve noticed it myself that my awareness is much better. I think it was after I died and had no idea where from! Thanks for the continued support!
3 more subs man! Can't wait to see those triple digits pop up. Great bid to and hoping the run is long lasting a eventful. 2 things, one is props to you for the thumbnails. Just recently looked close at them and the cinematic images are really good! Second is that the bottle suppressor will break after a couple of shots. Don't want you to be surprised when it does. Also take the BK-133... More ammo and same shell. It's always better in my opinion.
Yeah 2 more subs now! Thanks, I’ve been using dayz editor for them, bit of a pain to use but it’s the only way I know. I believe it’s the next video I find out how quickly the bottle suppressor breaks! That’s what I thought the bk-133 seemed the better option! Appreciate the support on all the recent videos!
Since you found a jam, a liver pate, the beginners fruit and you drank water at the well, you can head for the trees and run through to the next village. Don’t linger on the coast.
I hang around the coast a little longer due to Im playing on quieter server, try to find some ammo and a gun. I always struggle for ammo later on in the run.
@@karlmagro8806 I’m coming to the conclusion that quieter servers aren’t the best. Yes I get more loot, but then I run into someone after 10 hours and die. Think I’m going to switch it up to a busier server and get involved with pvp
@@TheGamingPod_ yes exactly. Live fast die young. I have a friend who hunts deer mostly in day z and walks everywhere on tiptoes cos he’s always afraid of being killed. Believe it or not the most fun i have is when i have 10 zombies running after me and i lock myself in houses to get stamina back and then go out again and keep running till i see a player and run towards them. Fun always ensues as the player nearly always runs away when he sees the horde approaching. Try the no back pack challenge too it’s fun.
Thanks! I appreciate that. I agree, while watching myself during editing. I seem to be focused on stuff that is within hearing distance rather than ahead of me, where someone could be hiding and waiting.
Last week I hid my backpack and another backpack i was holding in my hands under a tree to approach someone’s base. The base ended up being fully looted so i went back for my bags but couldn’t find which tree they were under. I searched for an hour uselessly.
@@karlmagro8806 how annoying is that! I didn’t realise till the next day as I logged off. How long would a backpack last under the tree before despawing?
@@TheGamingPod_ the backpacks stayed there till server restart but I couldn’t find them since there were many trees 🥲. After searching for an hour I left the area.

If i had to give you one tip based on watching you play it would be: focus more on what’s 200 meters away instead of what’s in your 10 meter radius.

how do you make the hand gloves?
The improvised hand wraps? You need rags, use the scroll wheel till you get the option to craft them
Do some Livonia map too
Yeah, I do plan on playing Livonia. Can I load into a run on that map without loosing progression as my character now?
First
Indeed you are ❤️
