The Registry is unconditional to the men and women who served their time. If they get out and does the same thing over and over again then they have to deal with that but at least treat a person as a human being
Prosecutor: The blue pen is red Judge: Looks blue to me Prosecutor: It’s red because I say it is Judge: It’s been blue since Rosa Parks wrote with it on the bus Prosecutor: Well, it’s been intertwined with red. So, it’s not actually blue. This is why our Constitutional rights are written on a piece of paper that the self-serving judicial system can wipe their ass with. I once believed in our system of justice, I studied it, thought I would be “helping” people by enforcing it. Now that I’m on the other side, I’m glad I’ve been ripped out of the fog.
When states are granted power to enact law, and man who appointed these lawmakers, their power comes with limitations. The US Constitution protects the people's rights to protection from harm. Also, protection in their papers from government intrusion. Also, liberty to travel freely. And privacy in their personal affairs. The list goes on. Oral arguments should atone to the standard set in Marbury v Madison 5 US (1803) (Cranch) 137, 161, 167. Justice Marshall overturned law enacted by Congress and signed by the President for failure to adhere to Constitutional law. Make believe law has no place in America. Judges need to adhere to US Constitutional guidelines and not to opinions of AG or State officials or state layers or representatives. 😊
