- This video show a portion of a tile roof leak repair done in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita.
Most of the video shows what the roof repair should look like about mid way through the repair. We show some damage plywood and why it is necessary to remove the roofing felt and not install new roofing felt over the old roofing felt.

They get pictures. Most clients just want the roof fixed and are not very intrigued by pictures and videos.

That's crazy they stashed the trash under the tiles. You fellers do AWESOME work.
We see this all the time. Taking the extra effort to bag it up and then properly dispose of the trash costs a lot. You would be amazed at how contractors cut corners. I am just trying to point it out.
