Yeah, the voice artist Kath Soucie had a wonderful voice. Sometimes she somewhat accidentally made some of the characters she was voicing even sexier than they were intended to be. That's why there was and somewhat still are a lot of Dexter's Mom, Fifi la Fume, and Sally Acorn fans. Well that and these characters were usually well written and entertaining no matter who they were voice by, but her voice definitely made them more likable and lovable.
Such a shame a talent like Christine Cavanaugh retired few years later and only a decade ago passed away. Wonderful vocal talent, also Kath Soucie (playing the girl talking to Dexter and swooning), she's become pretty underrated lately but still one of my all time favorite voiceover artists. Also one of my influences in voice acting.

This woman has never went for more than a few months without work. Canon voice of Phil, Lil, Lola Bunny, The Fallout Terminals, an understudy for Timmy Turner, and will go down in history as one of the voices of The Master (the single greatest vocal performance put together in ANY video game) she is a GOAT!
