ESO: 'Pearls Before Traitors' quest to eliminate Justiciar Avanaire and destroy the pearl

Captain Telomure instructions for the quest are to read the note, deal with Justiciar Avanaire and eliminate her then destroy the pearl and return to Telomure. We went to the central square room and then Justiciar Avanaire appears through a hole in the wall and leads us to the pearl artifact area. Then we destroyed the artifact, an abyssal pearl and tehn eliminated a Yaghra boss. Special thanks to teammate Transmazer who lead the way thru the grid.
