El verdadero anis estrellado...lo compran los laboratorios para agregar ciertas sustancias que contienen esta flor, también la industria del perfume... que lo utilizan para fabricar esencias que se venden a un alto precio..en algunas partes lo venden como una especie gourmet ...o para hacer licor ...también en tiendas naturistas.. pero el que viene de China o Vienant es de muy baja calidad y control sanitario..se distingue por el color y aroma...nada del otro mundo diferenciarlo...desde México.. saludos.

I just use while dried star anise in my hot chocolate with cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Yummy
