Unfortunately they don't sell seafood stock ,frozen oysters, or frozen crabs in grocery stores where I live only crab and oysters we can get is in a can 😢
Mmm burnt flower . You should try cooking the onions garlic etc , then add butter and stir in the flower . Add the stock before it turns to brown . Thats the proper way to do it .
