lied to Costello and was still trying to protect Trump. Particularly, that Cohen had NOTHING on Trump
he could give the Southern District to get a lighter sentence. In fact, in their indictment of Cohen,
they identified Trump as an "unindicted co-conspirator". And in their Sentencing Memorandum for
Cohen, said that Cohen had kept Trump informed about the situation with Daniels and followed his
orders.
