Great idea. To avoid the glimpse, we can improve the setup. For each pair we always start with the same 2 suits. For example heart and spade. So depending on the suits of the selected card we can determine where the other card is located.

CHASE ORDER the zuits from ♧♡♤◇ then by the shown card eg. Jack of clubs zo the top card must be the jack of heartz no peek needed

Instead of hindu face up just slip force the other 10 from the top position to right above the selected card then cazually deal off the rest or dribble them on top of the 2 jacks which wont disturb the order
