Plus to get to actually play on the Herrera is soo cool the climbing is awesome I used to have a lil ankle biter on legacy for a long time but these are wayyy more fun
Been loving these deep dive guides! It’s so hard to find good mechanics info for this game sometime (evrima quick guide & isle wiki always seem incomplete/out of date)
Would be nice tbh if the devs lightly color coded the spawn location UI like you do in your vids
if you hover your mouse over the spawn names it'll show a white circle on the map but the it's so light that you can barely see it

what does hs mean on the hits to kill?
headshots because in evrima hits to the head do more damage
is schooling fish really on herreras diet? i was playing today and didn't see it

Is east plains the best spawn for herra
?
I would say South Plains is the best spawn, it has the most tall trees around and a river that goes into a ravine where you can climb the ravine walls
@@Doqi with the current broken AI im not sure tbh
@@MaxxxboxDGSCE it works better now than at the update launch but I'd still prefer south plains over east plains because the terrain in E/NE plains just isn't build for herrera
@@Doqi they really need to reduce the presence of palm tree all over the map and increase the "regular" tree in some zone imo

i thought max pounce damage was 400, im utterly disappointed

Perhaps the omni wasn't full grown or at full hp
And how do u catch schooling fish as herrera 😂
Herrera can dive so when you see the fish you can bite them the same way as beipia
I miss the chunky look and the run cycle and drink animation from legacy, honestly. Same for most of the sounds, they were very iconic to herra.
The new mechanics are fun, but I feel it was at the cost of shitty little guy personality herra had in the past. Now it's just an anole/gecko.

Idk man, Herrera is an actual threat now, at least to smaller stuff (it can like, 2 shot Omnis and Dilos by jumping on their heads) and they are even more annoying because they can just run to a tree afterwards and you can't do anything about it. I never touched Herrera in legacy but now I play it quite frequently.
