Very nice Lukasz , thank you . I haven’t been to Greece yet but had several chicories here in UK ( grown a few Italian varieties at the allotment too ) . That plant you don’t know the name might be bristly oxtongue (Helminthotheca echioides) . Also the thistle might be a prickly one , the sow one doesn’t have many spikes , I usually eat it raw when around the plot . The Black nightshade fruits when completely ripe are edible and had them before . Haven’t tried the greens yet 😊 .
