i have boreal blizzard, aurora, nimfa, vostorg, jugana and honeysuckle varieties and they taste ok i guess.. the main problem i have with them, is that even if they turn blue, they still arent fully ripe yet.

What a delightful video! Thank you for sharing it. I have never tried making something like this and I am confused by the directions. The video doesn't say what the liquid is already in the jar when you opened the jar and topped it off with water. Lemon juice, perhaps? Does it need to sit for a certain amount of time to ferment? I would be very appreciative if you would please write up the complete directions. I would love to try making this once the blossoms in my garden are blooming. I think I might need to increase the number of plants I have to make larger quantities in the future. Another question - Is it possible to make this using dried flower petals?
