Nice example!. First time I'd ever seen this van was in the French psychological horror "High Tension" aka "Switchblade Romance"........the killer drove a plan gray one. (There was also a real nice yellow Ford Granada fast-back in the film)

What kind of gasoline use for the H van?

The original engine didn't have an oil filter, the oil had to be changed every 1000K.
