Must take it to at&t store or hook it up to a computer with a typeC to usb and save everything b4 factory reset

Am ill very slow. I opened a Google money account and used finger print for pin.no number. Know it's locked me out ask for the number. Am using old phone, for this. I can't see which buttons you pressing
All I know ( not good at I T) is bottom is switch on and 2 other buttons are volume up and down?
