Petzl Training - Vector Pick-Off Tutorial

Using a Vector Pick-off, Scott explains how a crew would rescue a fallen worker from the top of a tower. Hanging in a Petzl harness, he walks through the steps of a vector pick-off.
Scott Backes, representing Petzl Work and Rescue, came into our showroom for some hands on training. We filmed a series of quick tutorials, explanations and demonstrations of different rescue and climbing techniques using the great gear from Petzl.
