Funny how these two were a couple of fun & cheeky lads initially, they were really social too, however that changed so quickly. Not that I'm complaining I loved the Mitchells throughout that decade, absolute legends, but it's always strange to see them in their first year or two in the show compared to the broody, temperamental & borderline sociopathic characters they soon became.

They should of kept the Mitchell's more like this and not these gangster masterminds (more so Phil) I too still love the Mitchell's they work as hardmen not gangsters I will say that much it's why I uploaded this as this what the originally their personalities

@@danniimayyy9607 I still loved them, they had so many epic moments in the 90's. You watch Eastenders now though & Phil is a bit of a joke, he's become a caricature of his former self. It's testament to how great the show used to be that they could go from losing their most iconic character in Den the year before yet create & replace him with even more iconic new characters in the Mitchell brothers less than a year later whereas now they don't create any new icons, they just keep bringing back the past icons & try to keep Phil clinging to his former hardman glories whilst in his 60's to try to recapture the magic of the past. Quite sad really the state of the show now.

I've noticed no character stays the same once they've stayed in the show for a while. I guess living in Walford does that to you.
