That's all and since they're coming out with another one, in the coming year, not the one I this summer, another one, will follow, the other ones will be better, but not better than the first one, with Brandon Lee, you can't touch that, one a lot of people like that one better than all the other ones.

Here is the thing… Nothing will ever be the original. No one will ever be Brandon Lee. May he rest in peace. So we must agree, that we cannot go into the movie expecting to compare it 1:1 to that. The story deserves to live, and it deserves to be revived for the next generation. The story of Eric and the Crow is such a great story and we cannot allow it to be damned. We should erase all of the sequels from existence. Furlong had no place there. I will go into this film, with an overly priced movie ticket in hand, with my boys, and we will watch and appreciate it. Any nod to Brandon Lee will be acknowledged and done so heartfelt. Skarsgaard deserves his chance to shine in this story. It looks like he gave a lot to the performance. So I go to support it. I have high hopes and good anticipation.

I have actually hoping this movie would be good with a budget of 50 or so million. Now imagine the soundtrack.... I was just a lucky kid when I saw the great original movie at a friends house but this looks like a SoundCloud rapper made a movie.
Why do they insist on having such brutal violence? Granted there was violence in the original film but that violence was not as over the top as this one looks though the violence in the original was more set in reality whereas this one seems to be so over the top it looks rediculous just saying

It is such an amazing piece of work that I will allow that remaking it for a younger audience is worth it. I guess that's why we keep watching version's of Shakespeare centuries later. The way I see it, the original movie was Earth-1, and the series was Earth-2 and this would make this movie more like Earth-3, and multiverse thing
