    Nice video and breakdown, glad to see all your new content, keep it up man!
    At 40 yrs old, I worry more and more about if or when I will get a knee injury and would love to see a future video on prevention tips, stretching, support sleeves helpful or not, exercises (kneeovertoes), etc.

    My knees pop and then they swell up and then 3 days later I’m back on the board

      Do you think that is stance related? Or do you think that is just a symptom of prior knee damage and impact?

      @@brandon_judd I have dislocated my right knee, tore my ACL, MCL in both knees, never got a surgery and I still have the balls to ride lol, giving it all out there! I just wear knee braces now to be “cautious”. Will adjust stance this weekend
