I like the language of the horn and headlights in Costa Rica as well hazard lights. It's very courteous and helpful. I have adapted the use of the hazard lights driving on the freeway here (LA/So Cal) when the freeway goes from 70 to 0 in seconds. The only issue is if you use your horn or lights someone may get offended and pull out a gun.
