Question ⁉️🤔 do you actually get permission from whoever the ownership is when you enter these places or is it just kind of wing it and hope nothing bad comes out of it, but also myself I'm an explorer so I just go across where I go across and check out places my curiosity is is it possible that you have been able to be able to do these videos where you can get ahold of the whoever holds the deed or what's going on and find out what it would cost to buy these houses or I've also got some other ideas of how to make some money if make sure that I have permission to go in and out and then maybe split beneficiaries equal ways so you got a good way to make money while all this stuff goes to waste I can fix something that might work out for some people could benefit in certain ways
The property was owned by Mr Charles Harding he died in 2020. He lived in Carrollton Ohio till 2008 he would spend time on the old family property he was a US navy veteran. The pole barn is packed with the same stuff as the house. The land is owned by a lady that lives in Akron area. I’m glad to see that place again I haven’t been there since Charles was alive. Nice video
thanks for sharing, im ALWAYS dying to learn about the history behind these beautiful places. this video will serve as a memory of mr charles harding and proof that this house existed. in some point of time the weight of those boxes, newspapers and things stored in that house will make the floors collapse upstairs. The kids bedroom and the other bedroom above the room with the piano will collapse very soon (if you noticed how both ceilings were sagging). the whole point of my channel is to record these structures and memories before they are lost forever without any trace.
The vehicles were family owned. The bug was his sisters. The truck by the pole barn was his. Charles had a wood burner and he would roll up sticks and newspaper for starters. A lot of the stuff from the house was put into the big barn. His great great grandfather built that place and stayed in the family I believe the lady that owns it is his daughter but it could be his younger sister I’m not sure if she is still alive. I’m going to have to plan a trip and take a look around the place one last time.
@ thanks for sharing, I’ll make sure to keep everything that you said on record since im mostly doing documentaries on every house that im recording/photographing 👍
So who lived in the in-law apartment that was abandoned in 1990? If Mr Charles lived in the main house until 2008? Or did he die in the house in 2020? Am sure he was a nice man but where did he sleep? Why would anyone let him pet his house get so trashed? This wasn’t from vandals.
I like how this young man has old school old fashioned thinking. Why else would he be interested in things like this?! If only I were well, and able-bodied, I would want to go with him, searching out old abandoned houses.
Abandoned old buildings are so cool. I never destroy things of course and love to explore and see all the beautiful wood work and ornate details. I won't even smoke in them no matter the condition when exploring. I found matchbooks from the 50s and 60s of course I grabbed them to keep but I just love looking around in awe and picturing the previous families growing up there. It is often very sad looking at the past and how they are now but hopefully more people start saving these seeing how terrible everything today is
Thanks for making this video. I imagine this was a really nice home 100 years ago. Love the wood work, fire place and built in shelving in the living room. The toilet is in that front room because originally the house was from the 1800's and didn't have indoor plumbing. So the bathroom would have been added on on the first floor with easy access to a septic tank.
I love the smell of old cars. I was a kid my friends had a neighbor who had a old car,it was probably from the forties and we had a blast sitting in the backseat of it imagining what it was like riding in it.
Cool stuff! My grampa told me we have or have had relatives around New Philadelphia, Ohio. He went up from here in Indiana to work in the Goodyear plant in Akron, Ohio in the 1920s, but got laid off and came back soon after. He kept letters from family in New Philly.
Had to come watch after reading the article you were mentioned in auto revolution. Sad to see old cars rot away. Still love to see them in any condition
Shocked, House so issolated like that & so packed.. Please take care.. What a Challenge you faced, no clear walking space at all. Was so hoping that back door would open, for have to go back thru that mess, Uck..
I can tell by the subscriber numbers that you are relatively new to the world of abandoned exploration. With that being said, giving out the exact locations of the places you explore to your "friends "? I hope you do realize it won't be only your friends who will go to these beautiful old abandoned houses or anyplace for that matter. The vandals will go and completely destroy what has been hopefully untouched for years. It's not good to give out locations. All those cars windows will be busted or shot out. Those cars are definitely vintage and beautiful to see with everything intact. So, just a little positive criticism probably a good decision not to give out your locations. Not everyone online IS your friend, and the majority of youngsters nowadays are very destructive and filled with rage. This is why other seasoned explorers donot give out their locations. Destructive behavior and rage, those two together, equals trouble. With that bit of positive advice , I would like to say thank you for taking the time to visit and video the places you go to. This particular house looks as if hoarders may have existed in that place. The toilet and tub I believe, were placed there as a means of storing them. I don't think the bathroom was initially put inside the living quarters. As may have been all that other stuff put in there to store it. Careful for snakes living amongst all that trash. Anyway, be safe and keep locations to yourself for many reasons. P€ac€ ~n~ £0¥€ ✌️

an old hoarder odiously lived here who lived during the depressions many of those who did held onto everything instead of tossing it out just encase the system crashed again, the house most likely was abandoned after the owners died.
Do you ever catch anything paranormal when going through these houses...? Btw at the 38:44 mark right after you said "stove", i heard a faint voice. Couldn't make out what it said. It was real quick.
seem like someone was using it to dumb stuff in after it was abandoned as if the inherited and that is what they did to it sad. Almost like they ran a general store somewhere and dumbed all the old newspapers and junk there that didn't sell?

😂 not sure what you’re expecting bud it’s a full tour im covering the entire house and its surroundings. just skip through the video if you’re that impatient
Where is this at what town
40°00'12"N 80°59'50"W
124 yr old house
I have to laugh, you said you live in Pennsylvania and you hate it, well guess what so do I live in Pennsylvania also and I hate it to, it's a crummy state to live in !! nice explore. The first car that you looked at the Chevy in the woods was a 1962.
im gonna eventually move to ohio in 3-4 years. I noticed a lot of differences between ohio and pa, gas prices, wages, vehicle inspection, road safety, etc. i always gotta drive 1-3 hours to see these kinds of places so it would be nice to live closer to save money.
@@zcriix Yes you are right to move, good for you ! Where are you living in Pa ? I live near Harrisburg ....
i live in Pittsburgh 🤣
@@zcriix Oh! I have a friend in Pittsburgh and there it's not even as bad as where I live, LOL! You should live where I live if you want to see bad!!!! 🙃
amazing pa ... channel
an old hoarder odiously lived here who lived during the depressions many of those who did held onto everything instead of tossing it out just encase the system crashed again, the house most likely was abandoned after the owners died.
U need to bring someone with you
Do you ever catch anything paranormal when going through these houses...?
Btw at the 38:44 mark right after you said "stove", i heard a faint voice. Couldn't make out what it said. It was real quick.
Where is it located
Genesee cream ale!! 😂
seem like someone was using it to dumb stuff in after it was abandoned as if the inherited and that is what they did to it sad. Almost like they ran a general store somewhere and dumbed all the old newspapers and junk there that didn't sell?
Whoever lived in that house did not know how to drive since most of the cars are smashed in the front lol 😂
The motor is in the back and a little girl could have busted that lime.
That's a "kro-kay" set. 😂😂
NOBODY EVER LIVED IN THAT HOUSE WITH ALL THE TRASH .NOT EVEN A HOARDER. YOU AT LEAST NEED A PATH TO GET THRU. DEFINITELY SOMEBODY'S DUMPING PLACE.😂
Nice video, knowing you dont at least have an N95 on makes my lungs hurt just by watching it. Stay safe dude, lung issues can stay with you forever.
