Really hope in-ring gameplay gets a bit of an overhaul. They have continued to make slight improvements but the lock-up grapple, reversal, and strike system could do with some fresh mechanics. Either that or a big shift to Universe would make me happy.

But I also hate when like someone goes for a springboard move when the opponent has just recovered from being stunned and they run up to them and prevent them to even beginning that move. I also hate when 2 people are going for a move on each other at the same time and miss the hits and just fall to the mat.

I expect them to double down on things like cinematics like updates to camera angles; Maybe while we make our entrances, we can change the camera angles,and refine in-ring presentation for entrances, maybe a “live broadcast” style overlay during high-profile matches (e.g., PLE title matches) that mimics actual WWE shows. Implementing mid-rivalry cutscenes that give Universe Mode some flair without needing manual creation. I also hope we get cutscenes for my gm and if not that let us work on superstars mic skills and in ring skills
Hair Physics wouldn’t be a problem only because I do feel that since everything is still before the game coming out it will definitely make the game more refreshing and enjoyable to play with the hair moving around properly

A game changing feature for me would be a working online mode, since it's been since 2k22 since we've had a good online, because i always try to play with friends cuz online is the main thing i play and it keeps crashing every match.

I think 2k need to scrap online play for now, put all the focus into offline, fix all the bugs & stuff. 2-3 years later bring online back & 💥 we back in business bc online is a long term goal. Game changing, would be if they merged GM and Universe mode into one mode. Gameplay mechanics, more CAW slots, Myrise being like a rpg, etc, something in those lines.
They need to make these games current gen exclusive soon, last gen is holding them back I get that not everyone can get a ps5 but they’re much easier to get hold of then they used to be and these games used to support last gen for a year or two max and that got people saving up to buy the current consoles At the end of the day if games keep supporting last gen then what reason is there to buy current gen?
The thing with past gen is they can just do what Madden does where yes they come out on both consoles but the current gen gets better stuff than past gen.
Not going to lie got my PS5 for XMas and got 2K24 and love it. It’s the first system I’ve played since N64 and No Mercy. So I have no complaints about this game and can’t wait for 2K25.
They havnt fixed wwe2k24 and closed servers and all digital purchases on wwe2k23 but announced wwe2k25 will be amazing. They just want your money every year for the same old same old.😢

I agree 2k and Visual concepts should focus or put more effort towards current gen consoles and start scaling back on the other consoles, however from a business standpoint I understand why they want to milk things as much as possible across all platforms. I do not see much changing from 2k24 to 2k25. Other than an updated roster and maybe a couple other things.
I understand if they can't give us the same controls as 2K19 but please give us an alternative option because I really don't like the new controls they have and I'm really hoping when they say game-changing features they actually mean it and it's not just slight improvements I really don't like that system where you have to guess what button the computers pressing and then press it before they do to counter it's a very frustrating system in my opinion

I haven't seen it, my friends have tried to get me to look it up but I don't want to spoil it for me in case roman is on the cover or if he's not and people just ran with roman on the cover because of that leak. I also don't believe it's make or break for wwe 2k. Unlike madden and ea wwe 2k have been listening to fans and have been bringing stuff back. I loved the "new" match types brought back recently and other things added. Usually with wwe games I play it for a little but then stop, but wwe 2k24 keeps me coming back everyday. I have so much fun with the game. The amount of time creators spend on creations is amazing. Punk had like 20+ community creation attires.

I want to see the in-game cutscenes not real life I can go on peacock to watch the real life product.
