Hi, can I ask you if after installing Hylostick I decide to return to factory settings from the main menu, then something remains of the Hylostick on the system? The factory reset that takes me back to the 20 stock games but from the firmware point is absolutely the same as the original? Does Hylostick permanently write or modify something on the system bios? Thank you

There is an uninstall option you have to select before trying a factory uninstall.
If there's anything left behind then, I'm sorry I don't know how to check.
I've done it, before recording this video. So I knew all the steps needed, to install.
To a normal end user, they would never know it had been hacked.

Just upgraded mvsx with hylox hack and had an arcade stick Pro for a while now and this week I'm going to put this hack on it and it's the arcade pack I'm must interested in lol turtles robocop xmen.

I can't seem to get this to work for me, just the basic adding of games.. I'm going to the site i get the zip files extract them.. I'll have all of the opened files but not the main cd file you have up top, any idea why?
Hello, a question, download hylo 1.3 to usb, the console loads the folder but at the end a black screen appears. It has passed you. I tried the standard PSA and the Christmas edition. I can not take the last step. How can I solve the problem? or should I get a new hylo?
Hi! I followed the instructions on the first part and when I installed my USB on the back of the Console and clicked on settings, then system and finally Unlock I got a message that reads: No external storage device detected. Can I get some help with that please? I noticed that on your USB you had a folder that said System Volume Information and I dont have that on my USB.

How have you formatted the stick?
As for the folder, that's something Windows leaves behind. I have Windows set to show hidden folders/files.

I ve done anything. But the neo geo games have really bad frame rates and frame skips. If i play the stock games on the stick they run butter smooth. Can you help
I know nothing that can be done to overclock.
@@RetroBoxRoom but do you experience any issues playing the neo geo games. I mean doenst the hack use the emulator in the stick? I dont think it needs overclocking or something. Maybe i do something wrong
@Nk Nk If you've followed what I've done and copied all the different parts over, in the same order. (There were some tweaks to help with the speed of things) Then you'll should have a pretty good experience. Not everything is 100%, but plenty of the games work very well. I've personally only found the same games mentioned in the different "readmes", that came with what they said needed more tweaking. But as you know, the project has been closed.
@@RetroBoxRoom thank you for your answer. Do you have the link from your hylo build? I am using the newest one and i think they switched running the neo geo games of off a different emulator rather than the in built emulator in the stick

After install, you can remove the usb or you've to let it plug in for play ?
Just for the bonus games, you can remove it. For the mod, you have to leave it in.

I did everything correctly and nothing shows up when I insert my USB Stick. I don’t know if I have to have the USB Stick in a certain format or what but the little icon doesn’t show on the bottom right side of the screen and I can’t do anything. What am I doing wrong? I was just adding the extra 20 games from SNK. Thanks!
What size is your usb stick?
16GB
Make sure it's formatted to FAT32.
@@RetroBoxRoom yes it was on FAT32, nothing showed up. I just received the Unit yesterday as well.

Such a BS move from SNK. The games are still there, but I can't play them. I messed around with that damn stick, even bought a new one, and it always says "no cd key found"... I become desperate. Sadly, I can't find any tutorial in German. It really sucks.😡
40min later... 😁 I hacked it entirely, it's less complicated imo and now I have even more games on it, CPS, Sega, Nintendo and more. I used a 32GB stick 3.0. Now, I'm fine!
