i like your video. short, compact, practical and clear explanation. cut the mustard. keep it up. more statistical videos in R please!

    Have a good day sir,
This video very very helpful. I have somethings to ask?
I did the same things abd get the p- value matrix now how i will know which envi-variables have strong relationship. If have strong relationship then whats their influence on species data if plot in RDA. Thanks in advance for your reply.

To know how these variables affected species I would suggest go through principal component analysis and visualize PCs with biplot. See these tutorials in the playlist data analysis using R.

Correlation tells the association between the environmental variables. It doesn't show the effect on species

@@AGRONInfoTech Thank u very much sir, now i understood, its mean we can remove the strong correlated variables and leave the important ones to compare with species variables. Respected sir, i have done the PCA biplot (ggord)as you did in your previous video. I did for environmental var. for three stream, there are three groups in a biplot and arrows of envi.variables on them, then i did for separated groups to find specific variables relation with grouos but i have problem with interpretation, i would like to attach the screen short kindly help me out with this. I will be very thankful to you. Another thing i checked the PCA related link in your videos there you mentioned about the angles through which we can find relationship or affect but if i want to find the angles between vector arrows then how to see it through some function in R. Or through observation. Thanks alot.

Hello sir, have a good day. Respected sir, i have some confusion hopefully you help me out. The thing is that i want to find out the correlation of species with environmental data by using pearson method like other researcher used it instead RDA whatever, but i don't know how make the matrix for the data i mean i should put envi and species variables together in one excel file run the analysis. Kindly guide me about this. Thank you very much sir.

Thank you. It will be easy for me to suggest if you can share some dummy dataset at agron.infotech@gmail.com

Some variables in my data is positively correlated but some are significantly positively correlated. Just want to know the rule of significantly positivelt or negatively correlated and none significantly positively or negatively correlated. I stuck with in my writting paper. Thanks in advance,

You should compute the Probability values along with correlation coefficient. If P value is lesser than 0.05 the association is statistically significant and if it is lesser than 0.01 then the association is highly significant.
