I wasn't online for those bugs, but if I was i'd definitely be sad if items i had wanted for a long time were removed from my account. And the other hand, it is unfair for everyone that wasn't online if players get to keep the items, and don't see what TGC could do to compensate the rest of the skykids. Guess we all have to work hard and get hearts items the normal way aha
Update: TGC have made another announcement. They will be removing all purchased items within the timeframe the bug happened. I’m assuming they will give back the candles players spent but they will not be allowed to keep the items they purchased. What are your thoughts on this? 🤔

It okay if you've missed it. Everyone who got the free items got them removed and had their candles given back. So if you'd been able to get the items you wouldn't be allowed to keep them.
i thought i missed this glitch but i got thr chair from the spirt for 16 candles sadly they fixed it and i dont have it any more lol but i did have 52 candles? idk if thats related becuase i swear i had like 16 candles
Oh wow! sorry to hear its gone but at least you'll be able to get it in the future. And perhaps you spent more but didn't realise because the chair cost's 30 hearts so it would have shown up for 30 candles. Otherwise maybe you have some compensation but that would be odd.
I think those who were lucky enough to be there should keep it. It is selfish for someone to want take away someone else's fortune! And call it fairness. It's jealousy not fairness. And I'm jealous of those players too but it's fair they were on and I wasn't, just the luck of the draw and that's life. We all get opportunities that others don't. Im not certain but I think people who didn’t have AP were able to get the ultimate items and if that was the case then that’s definitely unfair for everyone who has spent money. For the regular items I see it less of a problem as those items can be collected at any time anyways. But yeah they were definitely lucky to be there. I feel that TGC is more likely to leave it as it is and not take the items back.
@Freya Tc I know me and my girl have spent over $100 in this game 😅 (we have played since enchantment) but if they only got this seasons ultimate it doesn't matter it was only people who where there for 15 min. Good on them I wish I was there so I could have gotten my ultimate sooner. I'm happy for them especially new moth players that didn't know if they game is worth spending money and being able to get an ultimate! That awesome, I wish I could have gotten that when I played my first season. If I wish something for my self I will wish it on others
I'm highly disagree on this. I don't think luck or fortune should based on this situation, ofcourse people who were there are lucky, but it's not a giveaway, it's a bug, a really bad one. Yes, you shouldn't take someone's fortune. But only when it's ment to be a giveaway, when it's ment to be based on people luck. But it's not a giveaway, it's a bug, which mean it was not intended to be a gift to random people. So lucky or not lucky shouldn't be the main problem here. The main problem here is the unfairness for the people that pay money for the adventure pass, they pay it for many reasons, they pay it to support the company, to get the ultimate and proves that they were sky player at this time, to feel that they are unique, they have their own intention and put their money in it. The people who got their fortune snatched away here *are the people that pay money for the adventure pass* . They pay money for something that they could have get it free, they are the one who lost their money. The people who got it free don't lose anything, they will have their candles back (and no, they *don't lose their ultimate gift* , because it has never ment or intended to be theirs, it's a bug, it's an oppsie). Is it selfish? Yes. Is it jealousy? Yes. But they have the right to be selfish about this, it's an ultimate gift, which mean a limited prove that is worth paying the money for some players. They have the right to be jealous, because money cost time and work for them, and they could have save it *if they didn't pay the pass at the first place and wait for a bug for two months.* I'm saying these as a person who didn't get ultimates while it was bug, nor paying money for the pass. I was actually there when the bug happen. And I was expecting for a patch of this, it's just unfair and upsetting for lots of player that put money in. Fixing it is the reasonable things to do. I can get why people can be happy and excited when they are able to get free stuff. But complaining when an obviously unintended bug is being fixed? Wanting to keep it just because they did a 15 minutes online in game? Forgetting that this is a real money business issue? That sounds more selfish and unreasonable to me.
