Mobile Home Parks Filing a Complaint as Local Government or Nonprofit July 24, 2024

Starting July 1, 2024, local governments and nonprofits may file a complaint with DOLA's Division of Housing. The Mobile Home Park Oversight Program (MHPOP) can investigate issues that fall under the Mobile Home Park Act, Dispute Resolution or Enforcement Program, or the program’s administrative rules.
