Hi. For ground pistachio should we dry roast and then ground ?
you can dry roast them before adding them. however, I've just ground them without roasting.
@tejasvi I made this and it was amazing But the syrup was a bit hard after some time so plz can u tell me how can I keep my syrup smooth
yayyyy!! happy to know it turned out well for you. the syrup is meant to harden and create a shell. this helps the cake to be moist.
Hi. The rose water is the normal one that you buy ready ? Or it made with rose essence ? Also can I use powered sugar instead of castor sugar ?
its the normal rose water. however you can add essence too.

Where can we find rose water and rose essence in jaipur?
You’ll find it at exotic mart or shoppers paradise.
And why no baking powder is being used? Just curious
Because in an eggless recipe generally baking soda helps it to rise more and because this recipe ya curd and baking soda reacts to acidic elements better than baking powder.
