CLOUD MASKING in Google Earth Engine: From the Examples​

Thank you very for sharing this video with us. Besides ,I am interested to analyze MODIS cloud cover data (2002-2018) on GEE and to download ISCCP cloud data but I couldn't find any tutorial on these issues. Please share with me if you have tutorial or experience on MODIS cloud data and ISCCP cloud data. Thank you!

If we check the MODIS data collections, there are no cloud products within the earth engine *developers.google.com/earth-engine/datasets/catalog/modis
- as I see the cloud products are named as MOD06_L2, and MYD06_L2. The data formats are different which can be problem to upload and perform the analysis within the earth engine.

*modis.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/dataprod/mod06.php
Maybe reaching out the data developers will be helpful -on how to download them and tools to use for their analysis.
I do not know that much about this.
