Lol Gary didn't fight to win, he fought not to lose. Absolutely no sense of urgency. No meaningful offense. Barely threw any combination. Never tried to gain any momentum. He had the speed advantage, but too scared to even to throw his jab.
His Gameplan was to simply stand there and do nuttin.
Shavkat had everything to lose. And Gary had everything to gain. But being healthy and fighting the way he did is absolutely atrocious.
Talked a big game, but underperforming like his lackluster fights with MVP and Neil.

There was never a moment where ian looked like he was gonna get finished. Shavkat clipped him once or twice n couldn’t follow up. Ian clipped him too, beat his legs up, made Shavkat look more than human, had him in 2 submissions. Made the finisher go the distance and work for it. Which Is debatable because he didn’t even beat him up it was all clinch time on the cage. He won with this loss. They will have a trilogy can feel it in the air. Shavkat took Ian’s 0. you should be less of a fan if anything, the two most entertaining fighters I can think of in ww are MVP and shavkat, ian fights them back to back and makes them both look boring. there is a common denominator here, ian makes entertaining fighters look boring. he is extremely talented but his overly defensive style is not entertaining in the slightest.
