- Blair Featherman was dubbed “Poolside Karen” after being caught on camera hurling insults at a family enjoying themselves at a Colorado apartment complex pool. Featherman says the drama started when she saw some people whom she had not seen before. She says she was concerned because there were previous problems at her complex with “pool hoppers.” After asking to see the family’s key fob, Featherman claims some partygoers rushed over and attacked her. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.

This incident is recently and when it came to the social platform the video had gathered its information on what went down. Karen here starts speaking out after that incident and it took how long for her so called "clear her name".

This is not something that randomly occurs. She’s harbouring negativity and that incident wasn’t her first or her last. People with anger issues don’t have a magical switch in them that’ll make all that vileness go away.

If someone says "they come here" instead of "these people came here" I would presume that person is making the statement toward the entire ethnicity and not just those present during the incident. That to me is usually indicative of someone being racist. If so I hope she find truth and recover from the lies her forefathers taught her or the lies she taught herself.

In my complex they have reservations for pool parties to avoid things like this. Never had any issues.

The issue she took with the pool party was not the problem here. As a fellow apartment pool member I can attest to these parties getting annoying af to anyone who’s not apart of them. The mistake she made was turning into a phase 3 Karen

Why do apartment tenants make it their mission to play property owner? It’s one thing to question suspicious people walking around the property, locking at doors, mailboxes, etc. It’s a completely different situation to see a family just enjoying their day using the properties amenities. I would NEVER ask a group if they have any business being on the property and it’s none of my business what agreement they made with the manager. Why would I want to bring something like that up when I might want to invite friends and family in the future? BTW: Her story was later proven to be a lie. Multiple witnesses that were not part of either group all confirmed she was the aggressive one and started making racial slurs immediately. The group walked up to her asking what her problem was, she and the two men she was with felt intimidated.
why not just contact the manager and let them deal with it if the old lady thought there was a problem ? ..why stick your yourself into it ?

My last apartment had a pool where we had to share it with the entire city. The complex never enforced the tenants only rule. I visited only once. The crowd was unbearable.

I live in a gated community where you can reserve the pool for parties. Best neighbors ever. No one complains about each other or crosses boundaries. I live in South Carolina
