for the nars blush: i had this blush and had the exact same problem. the applicator changes everything! if you use your fingers, a blender, or even just put the palate on your face, much more pigment shows up.
I dont like the kylie powder or the milk primer aswell like the kylie one always is soo messy and the milk primer is jst kinda like glue tbh like it makes my face feel so sticky😭 (ur so gorg btw i love ur curl pattern!!)🩷
I have the fenty contour stick and the sephora worker recommended it to me and he told me to first put it on like my wrist somewhere near there and grab a brush and apply it wherever u want it to go so yup this really worked for me
for me its that one highlighter stick from nyx, everytime i use it atleast someone will say “you need to blend out your highlighter”😭 literally have to wipe it before every use or it just wont blend and gets clumpy
for the fenty bronzer that’s there old formula and if you still want to use the old one put setting spray then blend it,it is way easier but there new formula is way more creamier
Omg i got the Fenty contour as my first contour and i thought contour was just supposed to be like that in general im glad im not the only one, ps i sprayed facial spray like Mario Badescu on a blender and that seemed to work much better
The Elf primer- Girl it is a dupe of the Milk one, that primer is sticky because it'll make your foundation, actually makeup stick on your face for long time, and it gives a dewy finish, it is best for dry to combination skin, I myself a combo-skin girl and I tried it, my makeup literally last for 8 hours on my school function
It's probably worse because you're dragging the primer. It's super sticky and you're meant to tap it in like you might do with serum/moisturizer, not drag it.
okay i have the elf primer and what helps me with it is i put some on the back of my hand and then i tap it onto my face. you may wanna try that and see if it helps instead of just putting it straight on your face ❤❤
With the contour stick, you want to put it on, then before you blend it in, spray setting spray on top, then blend it out. It’ll keep it in place for longer too.
I had the same problem with the e.l.f primer but the way i "fixed" it wss the way i was applying it on. You rub water based primers on and for sticky ones you have to tap it on

The Fenty one- you probably have their old formula. They switched it to a creamier one. But you could always get the RB one💘💘

my fenty one is kinda dry but it does work really well and i would recommend it. once you get used to blending it, it works wonders
