@@trantri3636 it is reaches 100% (353% for the exact number.) During her burst period she got faster charge speed. You can reach 100% charge just by holding your charge for about 0.2-0.3 second. She doesn't need core up or high skill level. And u can enchance her potential by using maxwell for 3-4% faster charge speed (lvl5 1st passive)
@Aku Anjime she herself cannot reach 100% charge speed even at lv10 skill, its only 80%, and it reach only 85%ish with Maxwell. What I say is she need 100% charge speed stats to reach peak dps where you just need to tap and shot like that shit in the video And that is expensive af, This guy doesn't show his gear or anything, he is clearly have 100% in charge speed stats to be able shoot like that, its almost like macro speed

Alice isn't a cheap choice folks, if she can do that, she should be at least core, lv8 skills and some overload with charge speed
