You should try the too faced Prismatic highlighter in blinded by the light, although it might be too dark for you since I'm olive and it works for me, and it's the lightest shade. Also if you need foundation try Nars Sheer Glow, it's my favorite ever for non-bb creams.
The Mary Louminizer by the balm is a really good highlighter for people will fairer skin! I use it almost every single day and I am just as fair as you! us pale girls gotta stick together amirite!!
